your body is designed to clean its own colon. this is why we have peristaltic action. it pushes all the fecal matter out and the mucous membrane secretes fluids that keeps it clean and gets excreted out.
what makes u think your colon is unhealthy? does it run? have a sneeze or cough?

Colon Cleansers are a fraud and a total rip-off.
Save your money.
Go ask your GI doc.
