How do I get a complete colon cleanse?

You don’t need a complete colon cleanse: there is a good chance you can wipe out all your regular (and necessary) flora and give one organism a chance to take opver and make you very ill (think C difficile).
I don’t know who this guy is, but is he giving medical advice without a license?
I’v been doing public health for many years, and there are no “cures” that any scientific organization or medical organization is keeping secret. There are many treatments that have no evidence of safety or efficacy; many of the proponents of these treatments accuse modern medicine of wanting to squelch them.
Before taking any of these cures seriously, do a seach on PubMed, the largest database of clinical trials and see if real science backs up the claim. THEN make your decision.
Who are you going to believe; years of repeated clinical trials, or someone on the internet with no medical background who maybe read a book?
