Heard some good stuff about herbal colon cleanse before and curious if anyone has any personal experience or has friends with good/bad results. Looking to stay healthy, fit and pure.

Colon cleanse stuff is a false-hood, they always talk about John Wayne and his 40 pounds of poop and elvis and his packed colon. It’s all a lie. If you are semi regular that is all you need. Sometimes some little pieces might get stuck but the cleanse stuff is nothing to be taken too seriously

I am on the fence about natural colon cleanse – personally I tried one online (see below link) and think it worked great for me. I lost some much needed weight and feel healtheir. On the other hand I have one friend who says it made no difference to. I think it is all really a personal thing and something that should be tried once to decide for yourself I suppose.
